The Selected Candidates will be issued with an offer letter for the post along with detailed employment conditions and must submit the acceptance letter within 7 days of receipt of the letter.

SMCL reserves the right to either increase/decrease the number of intakes or may take any, depending on the qualifications/experience/capabilities of the interested candidates, and their performance in the interview. SMCL also reserves the right to select the next candidate (Standby) based on the merit ranking should a selected candidate withdraw. Incase the requirement arises within 6 months in the same position and grade, SMCL shall recruit from the merit standby list.
